Looking for Handyman Repair for a wood shed?

I have a wood shed at the dealership that is 16x12 and is getting a little old and needs a little repair.

shingles on roof are partially gone and the roof leaks. Floor also is getting kind of week.

Looking for someone that can repair for me. I am sure I have seen a couple people on the site that do this type stuff.

I will offer to take whatever Jeep parts are in the shed so that there will be plenty of room for the person you hire to do the repair work.
