Post-Overland Expo Edge of the World run - Sunday, 2018-05-20

I'm planning to drop by the Overland Expo on Saturday, and spend the day wondering around the Edge of the World plateau all the Sunday. Attached is the map, below is the approximate list of trails in the area.

Entry point is Woody Mountain Road (this spot, specifically: https://goo.gl/maps/kPWMMZV6h9F2), exit route is FR535.

Starting time is still open - twilight starts at 0449, and sunrise is at 0520, but realistically it's probably going to be a bit later.

    Anyone interested in joining?

This looks awesome. Question: do you have a permit for the casner mountain part? All trail permits for that area have already been given out for 2018. I see part of your trail goes through there or are you bypassing it somehow?

My bad, I created the map without knowing that all permits for this season were given out, and forgot to correct it before posting here. Contacted the ranger office since and got in line for 2019 I think I'll still go through Jerome Rd. just to see what the landscape is like, I want to get a thorough impression of this area to decide whether I'll want to spend 2 hours driving towards it next time. Casner Mountain Trail, though, is definitely worth it, I'll be back for that for sure.
