Is the water table stainless or will you need to use rust preventive coating?
i'll run a rust preventative in the water. I filled it a few inches just to catch leaks and it flash rusted so fast. drained it last night so i can get something in the water. Coatings apparently dont fair well with the plasma and heat.

A little off topic, but you are right Allen, 8020 is awesome! That table is an excellent example of use for it!
I design and build automation/inspection equipment for the automotive industry and 8020 is my friend!
Just a pic of my last project using it for a table frame and risers for a small piece of inspection equipment........

    that looks nice!

my only gripe so far is the little button head bolts that attach it together are pretty soft. Ive stripped out a few because i didnt get the allen fully in the hole and twisted out the top part of the bolt. my own fault, but the socket likes to get stuck in there as well even when it is fully inserted so i know its still twisting.

I've had the same problem. I usually just swap out the button head bolts for regular socket head cap screws, 5/16-18 x 5/8" work good if you're using the 15 series extrusions.
The button heads look better but you can't torque them down as high.
