    Question Welding Helmet Cooling System?

Anybody use one of these or have you made your own DIY system?
I have a lot of welding to do, but can only get maybe 1" at a time before the sweat fills my eyes and fogs the lens, a real PITA!

Make sure you filter the air from the compressor real double good. You will be breathing this air, it could and will contain moisture and oil vapor from the compressor. Then make sure your welding fumes do not get to the air intake of the compressor.
When I had to use one of these to work with explosives we had a dedicated breathing air quality compressor, with extensive filter systems.
    Good luck.

    Good luck.

Compressor is in my laundry room inside and away from the fumes, but no filters. I will get a filter system in place.
    Awesome advice, thank you!
