Parting 93 and 94 Grand Cherokees

I recently acquired 2 Grand Cherokees with the intent of using the motors. The 93 had the 4.0l that I am currently trying to get into my 90 wrangler. The 94 has a 5.2l that I will be pulling and putting into my 62 wiilys pickup. For that one I will use the transmission and transfer case as well. Pretty much everything else is on the block. It's all stock and not necessarily all of it is in primo condition, but pricing will be right.

    Known bad stuff:
Rear axle on 94 is bent
passengers rear door glass broken out

    On 93
Transmission won't shift out of 1st.
All exterior panels look like paint was put on with a roller.
Front axle missing calipers on passengers side
    Rear diff is welded

Let me know if there is any interest, otherwise my wife is going to make me scrap them.

Re: Parting 93 and 94 Grand Cherokees

I know this thread is more than a year old but it has not yet been deleted so I assume you still have some parts for sale. I'm looking for an AC compressor mount bracket (Mopar p/n 53008443). I have a '94 ZJ Laredo 4.0 6 cyl with A/C but this bracket is the same part covering years '93-'96 4.0 6 cyl. Some times its referred to as the "Belt or Pulley-Idler Pulley Bracket" but it is the bracket that bolts to the block and the AC compressor bolts down on top of it, the Idler Pulley bolts to the front of it, and the Alternator hangs below it.
    Let me know.
    Thanks, Larry

So far, nothing has been sold or scrapped. Unfortunately, I'm still considering running the A.C. in my YJ where the 4.0 is currently sitting so I assume I'll need that bracket.

OK. If you find that that bracket will not work on the YJ and you need to find something else, let me know. My bracket is currently broken and I'm looking around for another one so not sure how long I'll be in the market for a replacement.
    Thx
