    Lawn care/landscaping

So my wife and are in in the beginning stages of looking at what it would take to sell our house to be able to buy a new one. our front and back yards are... neglected, as we've been pouring a lot of money into the house itself.

I am looking for someone to come in and give me a quote on what it would take to level the front yard a bit, put in rock and trim the trees. for the back yard, we've been slowly putting in grass, so only about 1/3rd of the yard is grass, so we would probably edge it, and put rock in the rest of the yard, do some clean up, and then maintain them during the selling process. I'm looking for inexpensive but nice looking. Not for something that will last a long time. just long enough to sell.

Does anybody here do landscaping or have somebody they can refer?

I will gladly refrain from selling anything to you.

I've had a few people come out for quotes already, and they were talking curbs, walkways, new trees, etc. I just want something that looks nice, but is easy for the next home owner to make the yard their own, since they probably will rip it up and do their own thing anyways.

I work in the HOA industry, and have quite a few landscape contacts. If interested, I will give you someone I refer quite regularly that does a great job.
