Does anyone have a steering wheel puller I can borrow?

This is not for my Jeep, I have one for that but it doesn't work for my truck. Here is a pic of the wheel:

Looks like just a big puller will work, I just don't have one.

Do you own a gun? Fastest solution is to just shoot at it until it comes off.

correct me if I am wrong but you're not going to be able to drive it without a steering wheel.

I am swapping wheels on my truck since the one on there, the stuff on the inside deteriorated to the point it was oozing out between the stitching, covering my hands in black oily gunk every time I drove.

Ended up picking something up from AutoZone. They didn't what I needed listed on the website and when I called the guy was clueless, so I just drove there and told them what I needed. They had it in stock, so used that.
