    Question Shorty Headers?

Does anyone know of a company that makes a shorty header for a 1974 CJ5 Jeep with the AMC 360 (304)?

    Thanks in advance,
    Bob

edelbrock used to have them and i think patriot headers makes them now. really not worth it though, stick with the stock exhaust or go full length headers it you want power out of them.

    Re: Shorty Headers?

Thanks for the feedback - Summit Racing has the Patriot headers which I might give them a try. It currently has the Hedman Headers that exit in the fender well with glasspack mufflers that exit in front of the rear wheels. I have found that they attract big rocks and the glasspacks make horrible rock rails! Hard to find stock manifolds and I think I want to have the mufflers inside the frame. I have added the hydraulic clutch linkage and the space for the Hedman Headers inside the frame is very limited. Since I don't run the sand dunes anymore, power does not appear to be an issue for me.........
