    RIP John, It has been awhile since I ran with him on the trails. But he was one of the good guys, he will be missed. Thoughts and Prayers to the family.

    He sure seemed like a great guy. I love how he is smiling is all of his pictures. I wish I had wheel'd or hung out with him.
