    Fire restrictions

Anyone know if the Rolls or Lower Sycamore are back open yet?

Edit: Whoops - is this post in the wrong section?

    Thanks!

I just drove up 188 (Roosevelt Lake) and back down 87 and it looks like some of the Tonto Forest road exits are open and some are still closed. The Sycamore Creek exit to the west off of 87 going to Bartlett Lake is open but the exit across the highway going east is still gated shut. Reno Pass at Sunflower is still closed. I did not specifically look at the Four Peaks exit from 87, but I did see from the other side (188) that it was gated shut, as was Reno Pass (at Pumkin Center).

I stopped at the Sunflower Fire Station yesterday on the way home and talked to my son who is stationed there. Cody said that Reno pass is closed for rehab. It burned up pretty good and their having lots of slides up there. Mud Springs, (east of Sycamore creek bridge), is also closed for after fire rehab. He said Mud Springs should be back open this fall.
BTW he is a member of this board, but jeepless at the moment.
