I'm surprised no trailer manufacturer makes anything like this from the factory.
I think it's because of the unladen pin weight. They do make them with the camper part over the axles and the flat bed in front of it, but most trucks will be over weight on the rear axle with a set up like this. But I have to say I'm considering this approach too. We are planning to have something in the next few years. We've been looking at fifth wheel toy haulers with the thought of towing the jeep behind it but what a rig that would be. To get a deep enough garage to fit a two seater rzr and the harley I'd have to get a 40'r. Might do it this way instead.

    Nice work BTW!

I'm looking into doing this, just not sure what size camper I want. When you get a chance can you get a pic with the jeep loaded on the trailer. Nice set up.

Camper is a Lance LC780 11.3 and im not positive on the trailer size. I want to say 25' deck space, but i haven't measured it in a long time. my wheel base is 110 and i can still open the door with a few inches to spare when my tires are almost at the back of the trailer.

Painted and bolted in the storage boxes. Got the camper mounts to the trailer figured out for now, might have to rework them later. Just about time for a test run. Was going to load the jeep but found a shock mount lower bracket weld ripping away from the axle housing. Got to get that fixed next.
