So..um...its a 75 ohm FM antenna connection, but you knew that. Here's the great part about an FM antenna. It's just a single conductor wire. That's all. If you can't find the plug that fits in to the hole in that tiny little piece of metal in the center of the larger plug, that's fine. If you live anywhere near the valley, the radio signals are quite strong. Just take a 5 foot length of 24+ gauge single conductor wire, 1/2 a speaker cable, whatever, as long as its single conductor. Snip off about 1/4 inch of insulation from the end, twist the exposed strands a little with your fingers, and then carefully insert it into the small hole in the center so that no stray individual strands are protruding. BOOM, you have your antenna. If you live far away from FM channels, just use a longer wire to pick up the signal.

Yeah, using a piece already..... just trying to get better signal. Thought if someone knew the name/size of the connector I could fig up something better than just a wire from fry's or someplace.

Sure looks like a female audio connector would fit it to me...just like the ones next to it but the other gender...

I'd get a 6' audio extension cable and plug it in there... If you get the zip wire type, you can split the two conductors at one end and make a "T". 2.5 feet in each direction should give you a 1/4 dipole...Kinda..

Thanks Junky! I knew you'd know! I have a good digital antenna in the garage with a TV lead and a FM lead, but it's a type F and now I have an adapter on the way!
