Hi all...need to see if anyone has the EXACT GPS coords for the river crossing just below Bartlett. If anyone has done Log Corral or been across below Bartlett...please PM me with them. Need to make sure its clear of brush and debris/limbs for an upcoming mountain bike packing trip.
We did it last year and crossed on foot in a different place...but have some jeep support for camp lined up and need to get those details squared away. thanks!

Hey, yeah... river crossings are completely unpredictable, as flooding and the nature of rivers are just that. Even if someone provided you with exact coords (which nobody will) you will most likely drive into a 6' deep torrent if you try to follow them! Besides, isn't that trail closed?
Hey Brad. Glad to see you're still around. I'll PM you the coords I have from the last time I crossed there but that was from 2007. The ideal spot has probably changed since it's a river bottom, but you know that. You also know to roll up your pants and walk it first. Just thought I'd be redundant. Have fun and be safe.

Log corral is still open.
Tires are like boobs. They always look big until you have played with them for a while. Then you just want a bigger set ...
MOUNTAIN BIKE TRIP down FR393. Jeeps will be on the WEST side and therefor not intending to use the crossing. We're looking for just in case scenario IF the water level rises during the final week up to the trip. Jeeps wont be needed unless the water levels are too high to traverse on foot. We know the general area but since it has been closed in the past we're sure its overgrown and want to cross somewhere familiar to being crossed.
That being said im 90% sure Ive located it on the maps. We'll cross reference with Davids info (Hes always right when it comes to maps)
