    JW Fabrication

Hi, I'm Jeff Wilstead. Owner of JWFab. For those of you that don't already know, Ive been in the metal fabrication trade for about 16 years. For the first 9 years I built mostly ornamental iron type stuff for home and commercial. Things like pool fencing, front entry gates, spiral stair casings, large metal front entry doors, etc... After that I built commercial signage for a few years. I built most of the 24 hour fitness signs, all the signage at The Grand Canyon, rebuilt the Casino AZ sign and also the organ stop pizza sign. Ive always done vehicle modifications and off road type stuff on the side but for the past four years it's been pretty consistent.

So, what do I do now or what will I work on? Anything! I do anything that has to do with metal fabrication (of coarse) Like: vehicle mods, body work, cages, custom long arms, frame stiffeners, boat sides, bumpers, tire carrier, sliders, racks etc... I also still do pool fencing, security doors, gates, railings, front entry doors, trailers, furniture, art, ... You name it.
What some of you might not know is, I also install any new parts. I can get them for you or bring them and I'll install them.

So how do you bend the top of that wine cellar door? My entry way door is similar, though much wider and I have a few ideas how to bend it in order to make a security door but curious how it's "supposed" to be done.

Good to know. I may have to bring him a cardboard template and some steel. Thanks.
