    Awesome pictures!

So, exactly how tough was the infamous Black Bear? Just a little more pucker factor than normal?

I've been on Black Bear many times, and I'm headed that way on Thursday morning for a run.
If you're not particularly scared of heights, it's not bad at all. There IS some "pucker factor" due to the 1K ft drop offs. It's one of those trails where you're wetting yourself the first time, and then it's easy after that.
I still say that if you've done trails in Moab, nothing in the San Juans should worry you. For me, Hell's Revenge was WAY scarier than Black Bear.

I wish my time in Colorado is more fun. I'm stuck on a job in winter park.
