Been out here for 7 years now (laveen) and it is much better now that there is a little civilization within walking distance. Pretty quiet the farther west you go in Laveen. I'm at 72 ave and Baseline and it is 20 minutes from downtown, 25 from the airport and 25 minutes to Westgate. No movies or malls out here yet so there isn't a whole lot of traffic but you have to drive a ways to do anything major.

Having a wrenching party next weekend if you want to come check it out. House across the street is still for sale so you can get an idea of the RE market out here as well.

You like guns? I do. You like criminals with guns, shooting at you? I don't.

ya, it is a little much. Figured if you looked hard enough you'd find something in your price range.

I want to buy out at power and the 202 area. Close to wheeling, close to the lake, close to tempe/scotts and not far from the airport. Its a great community out there and minimal traffic.

Why anyone would want to live in that area is beyond me. Especially if you are comming from Scottsdale.

Lot's of good deals in Central and North Central Phx now. I have an awesome realtor if you wanna get serious.
