The ZJ's done, pics on 35's!

Hey everyone, the pics are up, the grand cherokee is done! Let me know what you think. I got my leave date changed, so i get 18 days R&R in september to come home and try it out. You need myspace to veiw the pics, unless some one would please post them here for me, im still in Iraq and its too hard to mess with files on the internet here. ANy and all comments are welcome, and we'll put together a trail ride for september to break her in!

Ya. Im going to lengthen the rear arms about an inch more. That was just a guess they did when installing them. Just a few minor tweaks when i get home and it'll be good to go. May trim the fenders a bit in the front too, well have to see. We have a 20 degree ramp in the yard to play with, so i'll see where it contacts. Also going to add a droped pitman arm, even with the steering conversion, those tie rods ends dont have much flex left in them.

Definately need to trim if you plan on wheeling it. Looks good though.

have you check for rubbing at full stuff? Looks like that back is going to rub BAD! time to get out the grinder and cut off wheel.

Looks great, but +1 on trimming wheel wells if you plan to wheel it much. If I ever sell my CJ (becoming more likely), I'd like to do something similar with my 96 for some moderate wheelin.

hahah ya about the trimming, you kinda know that going in, if u wana fit 35's on a ZJ. But im still in iraq, if u read the tread. So i cant see where it rubs yet, all i've got to see is the pics. I'll be home for R&R next month and work out all the kinks.

Hey guys, well, more parts are in. I got 4.88s, Yukon Shafts for the rear, and a rustys offroad two inch drop pitman arm. Also got Rocksliders on the way from Trail Gear. Theres more pics up if u look at the link. More will come with the Slider install, they should be there by the end of this week and i'll get the welded on.
