If you can't, or don't want to do the labor, I would think you're looking at a couple hundred dollars for install and setup?

Regardless, that's only a little over $500 in parts.

We would not quote $2500 for a spool and gears, if someone did then they will be punched in the head

Bill,

Pull an axle and measure the diameter of the shaft. if 1.5" then 35 spline, if 1.375± then 30 spline or if 19 spline it will be obvious. I can get you Yukon stuff if your interested and are patient.

Swapping the rears to 5 x 5½ and FF would be spendy, but if you swap to a semi float you could also swap to 35 spline, keep the 5 x 5½ would be a piece of cake, also accomplish desired width at this time. narrowing the front wouldn't be bad.
