    Relestate attorney

Anybody know of a good one?
Actually he/she doesn't have to be too good, I have done all the leg work. It is probably more of a letter writing excercise.

    or

since it is under $4000 should I take care of this in small claims?

My brother-in-law owns a Century 21 franchise. I can see if he can recommend someone.

For AZ a long time ago it was like $2500, then went up to $5000 and now I think they pushed it up to $8000. Either way the $4K is under the small claims limit.

Isn't the title company holding the guys check? If so, you can just go to the office and pick up your check. If your using a realestate agent, he should be looking out for you also.

James - if you are the plaintiff and Century 21 is the defendant, I'm not sure I'd go with any attorney's Century 21 recommends. They might be a bit biased

He was actually a private real estate office for the past 8 years. He bought into a Century 21 franchise about a month ago.... although prior to the 8 years of being on his own he was also Century 21.
