Last Christmas I found a beer called Santa's Butt Ale (cute label too) that I think that came pretty close to that. Urrrp! :)

Hellofafeet! I brew my own (just sippin an Alaska Amber right now). With standard malts, most yeasts go dormant at about 8-9%. Did an Imperial Stout that got up just under 12 (and was kinda pricy too). Experimented with honey, got over 10 but got a wild yeast infection (had to throw batch.. that sucks!). Loking forward to getting back and starting a batch of Oktoberfest (light black, slightly flowery to the nose, high carbonation... has body of nice dry champaign).
gotta go get another amber

Beer takes 3-5 wks to brew, 2-4 wks to carbonate :eek:
will start when I get back:D
