I had a new rear driveshaft installed recently on my '84 CJ-7. I've now got gear lube leaking out the rear output shaft area of the D300 t/c. Not knowing for sure, I'm assuming at this point that it's a seal that's bad. Any other thoughts? If it's in fact a seal, how easy (or difficult) is it to replace the seal?
