1"x.062 wall square tube. Sheet metal is .062. Just scraps I had. I am sure that it will not be what you think when it is done. A little luck, it will be done minus paint tomorrow.

That is funny because I did actually size it up tonight for a CJ style tailgate. Too big. It is 1:1 scale of a TJ grill.

On one of those home shows they hung an old CJ grill from the ceiling over a desk and the headlights shone down on the desk.

keep in mind that this is rev.0. the next one will be hi-fahlutin with 2-tone paint and such.
