Wanted to reintroduce myself to the 4 wheeling community.
I bought my rig new years ago when the first TJ's came out in 97. Bought it because I heard they were good, and they were more comfortable so the wife could enjoy our outings more....heck I'll admit it, me too :)
Went through various setups and ended up with what I have now: 35's, long arm, lockers, 4.3 transf, etc. Wheeled the local hot spots for a bit and the wife told me she was expecting....YeeHaw!!! Being a dad is real cool but the the wheeling pretty much stopped and the jeep was used mostly for bagel shop runs with the top down :p
Since it wasn't much fun to solo wheel I decided to go back something I did as a kid, dirtbiking. HUGE grin factor and it will continue until I can do it no more.
My boy is now 6 and a few friends have bought and are buying jeeps and they have kids my sons my sons age. Needless to say I'm excited to bring my jeep out of mothballs and relieve it from begal fetching duties. :)
Seeya soon out on the trail!!! :D
