Have any of you boys (or girls, sorry Nena) installed/used/seen/etc this kit? What do you think about it? I immediately noticed how the arms are similiar to Range Rovers in how they tuck up. Looks pretty cool, but very pricey.

I spent a few days wheeling with some guys that had the LA set up while I was in Moab last time. It looked and wheeled good. That said: They didn't go anywhere I didn't go, I often took a different path, but I still arrived at the top. I am NOT throwing rocks at their system!
I plan on installing the Nth springs this weekend and I am planning on moving to their LA system sometime in the future. BUT, I have a lot of engineering to do before I make that step.

I got to drive one at their shop in NV. Drives REALLY nice. Didn't get to really wheel it, but it seemed nice.
Lots of interesting ideas in that lift.
Too many new ideas, actually, for me to be interested in being one of the lucky 25 folks who will be paying full price to beta test the first production run of them.
I'd like to see how they are doing after a year or so. Looks like a challenging install as well.

True! It is a system that has a LOT of component pieces and its very complex. To me "many", "complex" and off road are not all brothers in harmony.
I am a "pick'n choose' type of guy to begin with and I am looking very close at which parts fit into my view on how lift systems should be built...

hmmm, yeah, thanks for the reply. I got myself in a situation this weekend. I bought my '98 TJ back in March with a goal of turning it into a crawler. Right now it's got stock wheels and 265/75/15 tires. The tires have about 85% tread left (Cooper Discoverer A/T). Anyway, I've been waiting for it to cool off to put on a lift and swap out the axles (damn 3.07 gears). Anyway, I had a blow out coming back from Strawberry Saturday night. I was towing it behind my truck and made it about 5 mi south on Gilbert Rd from the 87. Anyway, the question of the day is if I'm going to step up my lift so I can buy the size tires/wheels I want...or buy a replacement Discoverer tire for a couple months... I have the worst luck at times...

I don't get it????
Spend $4000 plus on a lift of buy another $100 tire at discount?
Also, your going to put that expensive of a lift on a jeep with D35's?
I'm new to the sport and know that the money would be much better spent else where.
Just my :2cents:

Well, I'm planning on putting my lift on in the next 2 months which is why I was bummed that I would have to wast $100 on a new tire just to replace it.
I forgot to mention (thought I did), during the lift I'll be replacing the 35 with a ford 8.8 and also at the same time install ARB's front/rear. I'm going to keep the front D30 for now though...
I've been still mapping out exactly what I want to do....which brings me back to the point of needing more time to get the lift together and not wanting to replace the tire when I'll just be replacing it again in a couple months.

Take your time if you have it. Sounds like this jeep isn't your DD so that can only help you. Take a look at all of the Long Arm kits if that is what you are leaning towards. Ask a lot of questions around here. Do some searching as well and you will see positive and negative comments about every lift that exists. We have all been where you are and some been there more than once.
I ordered a 4.5" LA lift 3 weeks ago. Look forward to getting it.
