Tested Compression this morning, 130 across the board. With 200k miles guessing it has been rebuilt. Need to figure out what is causing low oil pressure

Anybody have a stock pinion arm, and steering knuckles? Also looking for exhaust manifold for 4.0...

I had oil pressure drop all of a sudden, hooked up a manual oil gage and found it to be a bad sensor. I assume you have already done that?

What is weird is that it fluctuates, at idle it shows low, but the second you run higher RPM it goes back to normal. Would a bad sensor do that?

Corrosion where the sensor threads into the block will do that. Or corrosion on one of the electrical connections. Or a bad sensor could as well.

Chuck's had it completely torn apart a few weeks ago. Very interesting that they decided to go with 44's front and rear. If it was me I would have Done dana 60's if I was already spending that much. Must have had a good reason.

With that motor you need 60/14b to handle the power. What track bar mount is that? Are you going to plate the frame around it? I need to do something with my track bar mount. Ill text you this weekend and maybe swing by the shop

It is not a Dana 44 rear. Originally this jeep was a street rig only on 35's. I know the owner well and he will have a 60 or something in there if he has issues. But for a street rig or up at the cabin jeep it should be just fine.

Oh, and nice work on Barney!
