sorry for your loss. Did you lock it or do you think they busted a window to get in and steal it?

Slim Jim would get them in. Had to do it to mine when I locked myself out once

Yep, slim jim, no glass on the ground and it was 36 degrees when I got to work so I know the window was not open. When I lock it at work, I double check the windows and locks to verify they are locked. The VA is not in a good neighborhood so I make sure it is locked up tight.

My 2008 F250 was broken into twice, very easy with a big screw driver; both times (once in Tuki and once in my driveway in Gilbert) punched he door just below the door handle..

Sorry for the loss.

sadly that truck is very easy to get into and steal. Major bummer. Hope you get it back.

That is the most sought after truck for those running drugs up from mexico. Being from Ajo we used to find them all the time in the desert. They run them till they quit and leave them right there. People laugh at me for using the Club on mine but I always have and, knock on wood, haven't had it stolen yet. I guess if there's one close by without the Club they take it instead.

Some do get recovered, I hope for the best for you. Major suckage.

F250 I had was theft recovery...I switched to keyless- removed key assy, replaced handle assy with rear door handli (same, just no key)
As OTR did...nothing is perfect, just make others easier

They take the antenna and jar the door open above the window and stick the antenna in to pop the electric door lock!
Sorry to hear your bad news!

Not easy very easy at all to do on a F250 that is why they drill into the door latch

A kill switch on a chevy? I don't see the point. Maybe some security for the tailgate, but the rest of the truck should be okay. :smartass2:

I figure it's gone. In Mexico living the "high life. See what I did there. Oh, well. It had the 6.0 so it is, in a warped way, a blessing.
