The Jeep has been recovered.

From FaceBook:
"The jeep (Jiggly Koala) has been recovered by flagstaff PD!!!!!! The perp was arrested for shoplifting and drug charges. He was trying to sell it for $6,500....... so glad that ****ing moron got caught!!!! So glad the jeep has been recovered!"

That's all he knows for now. He goes to pick it up tomorrow.

Until the buyer wanted a title.

As a total side note, for the last car I sold, the buyer did something really smart. They had me meet them at a title loan place that does plates. They paid a few buck and had them run a title search and prove that the title was real. Pretty smart way to verify ownership.

With some tire shine it should have demanded at least. $6995. :joker: :leaving:

Glad you found it, hoping not harmed

Wondering how he got started (thought factory alarm was hard to bypass)

Right! and then head to their bank and get them to issue a check.

Trust but verify!

I am super happy they found the Jeep.
