will zj rims fit tj

does anyone know if rims are interchangable ,have steel rims black that other club member wants to buy we just need to know if they wil work.

Yes, as long as the bolt pattern is the 5 on 4.5, in which all stock YJ, TJ, XJ, ZJ's are. I do believe that some of the newer WJ's with the 16" rims (have the 5 on 5 bolt pattern) are the only odd balls that aren't interchangeable with the YJ, TJ, ZJ, XJ group.

Thats the nice thing about Jeep, they used the same parts for most of the different models and had little changes thru time.

They have the same bolt patterns, 5x4.5. The only difference is in the stock rim backspacing. IIRC, ZJ rims have more stock backspacing and will tuck under your body further, possibly causing rubbing problems.

99 and newer grand cherokees (WJs) have a 5 on 5

grand cherokees prior to 99 (ZJs) have a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern
