Crown King Night Run 7-9-05

I want to thank everyone that showed for the night run. We had a large turnout. 19 Rigs in total. Jeeps, a Toyota,a Nissan and even a Dodge. There was some carnage with one broken drive shaft and a few small things like a bad battery cable and a few recoveries. All in all even with the few hang ups, I feel that the run went well with so many rigs on such a long trail in the night. I had a blast!!! For those who want to know Roy made it home fine and about 5 hours before us. A special thanks to Jeff for running tailgunner and keeping track of everyone. Great Job!!! Cya

How long did it take all of you to finish? Was it an all night affair?

We hit the trail head about 9pm and passed CK around 4am. Most of us were aired up and on the freeway by 6am. Some stopped in CK. It was a great time. :D

I had a blast! Also, I was impressed with communication throughout the group. Travis did a great job letting us know what was going on and keeping things running smoothly for such a large group.
