At least a couple of the RockRats are going up to Table Mesa tonight to run Anaconda.
If you would like to join us, you must have 35's, 2 lockers (no dana 35's), a winch, spare parts, beer, tools, and a willingness to bang up your junk.
We are meeting on the west side of Table Mesa rd at the usual air-down spot at 7:30 pm
Sorry for the late notice.......it just came up.

Edit: oh ya, Anaconda is rated at 4.5+

You have all that fancy tube work and bling-bling accessories, but no winch?? Shame on you ;)
If you hustle, 4 wheelers Supply closes in about an hour. I'm sure they have them in stock :) Just tell the woman you're going to Circle K for beer.....and hide the receipt!

We ended up running Judgement Day as a warmup. I haven't been up it in a while, and I have to say that the trail is becoming quite easy. Either there was tons of rock stacking, or the tight spots are just knocked down, making them wider. Bummer. I'm glad I got to run that trail when it was virgin.
We then went to Anaconda. A group was already in the lower part, so we we up and around to the first exit and ran the top half of the trail. It was a blast!! The top of that trail is way better than the lower part. Lots of big rocks and big climbs. I had to winch once, but Spicoli made it all the way up unassisted.
It was a beautiful night to wheel. We had some wind and even a little bit of rain.
Ran into the birthday group last night, too. What a motley bunch they are.......... ;)
