I bought mine from Billy. They are really a very good product. does basically what you mentioned. Billy makes his with 3 standoffs whereas others have 2.

I have been looking at ALL the different rocker out there (A-Z, Shrockworks, Billy Built, Sun Performance, etc....) and from what I have seen I think I am going to get the "Toys X Troy" they have support inside the jeep to sandwich the body, and underneath they cover nearly to the frame. They should provide the maximum protection. and are more than just a step.
Since they are made here in town, maybe we could get a "group buy" or a "club discount" or sumthin

I got mine from Toys By Troy and they are the best thing I could have bought for my jeep (so far....). Very strong and ethetically pleasing.
Also made in aluminum for less weight. Food for thought.....

Oop's didnt realize it was for a ZJ
I have a TJ, so thats just what I was thinking about. :o
does anyone with a TJ know if Troy does any club discounts or anything.
The best price I have been quoted was from PORC on Pirate.
Seems wrong that I can order a product that is made here in town shipped accross the country, then shipped to me here in town. for less than I can buy at at the manufacturer

x2. Kevin's stuff is stout. One of the best mods I've made to my WJ. He is local, knows Grand Cherokees inside and out, and is a great guy to deal with.

DISCLAIMER, I dont know squat about a ZJ, only XJs
Ya, Kevin's sliders are STUOT, but as far as the XJ sliders go, if your gonna spend some time on them you will need to add a piece of 1x1 to run the length of the pinchseam.
Mark Current tore the self tappers out the U-body more than once, he then had me weld em to the Unibody
I still think the 1x1 would have been a better fix.
Here is a pic of the first set I made with the 1x1 running the lenght of the pinch seam,

Yea but Geno.. You've seen Mark wheel......
it's a good thing he's hunting right now or my phone would be ringin... lol.... :D
Have a great weekend...... Oh, and Kevin's sliderz are built.. Helped save one of my good friend and his son's lives... Nasty rollover on the 303 in an XJ on 37's with a partial Exocage... That's why I endorse them and we will soon be selling them..
