Need TJ parts and service

Can someone recomend.
1: Alignemt shop
2: Long lasting Rotors OEM or beter
3: place (and cost) to get 4 shocks and 1 stabizer replaced (I have the parts already)

4: reason why my cell phone charged does not work but makes my blinker make funny noises when it is plugged in?
