I have a friend who does alarms. He does a great job at a great price. I think he did one of the board members here alarm. I have remote start with a pager and motion sensor. Jeep hasn't been molested since. His name is Ralph. Tell him you're a friend of Ash and he'll take care of you.

After my Rubicon got stolen, I had the same setup intalled on mine through first choice replacement. That is the company that my insurance company had me go through to have my stero equipment installed. It was a python pager system with sensor. I paid $400 for it installed. The only think that I didn't get was the gps system that allows me to track my Jeep at anytime via a website. But I can add that on later if I decide that I want to do so.

Im not a big fan of Audio Express, but when I was calling around, they were going to match that price for the same alarm. They also claim to beat anyones price, so they maybe worth a check.

I got a Clifford (same company as Python; Directed Electronics) alarm and its great. I have the optional proximity sensor installed because I'm topless and doorless. It sounds the alarm as soon as anyone sets foot in the Jeep! :D

I got my alarm at Kustom Kar Sound.
It is an Autopage system that has a shock sensor and a microwave detection device where if anyone puts their arm in the jeep (topless) the alarm will go off. They have great, quick service and will adjust it at any time.
(The garbage truck would set it off twice a week. Got a bit annoying!)
I paid just over $300 for it installed. No problems with break ins since.
You can get a remote system with it where your key remote will tell you if it is being tampered with (additional cost).
Good luck.
