The new GT500 possesses classic Shelby design cues including dual stripes, aerodynamic body parts, and 19-inch wheels. In the performance department, the Shelby Cobra GT500 is the most powerful production Mustang ever built, with a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 that produces more than 450 horsepower, a 6-speed manual transmission and suspension tuned by Ford's Special Vehicle Team (SVT).

I was wondering how long it would take you to trade the 03 for a new body style....I really like the new style!

You know, I have hated Fords for as long as I can remember. But I could really go with the new Mustang. Finally somebody is making the old musclecar again.

I have been waiting for the new body style in a Cobra since before I bought mine. Now I just have to wait for them to be released.
What to do you want to bet, this is the same mustang I saw on the floor of the Shelby plant when I was up there during the SEMA show?
I am thinking I need a white one with the Shelby blue stripes. I am not too sure about those rims, maybe a more retro rim would be more appropriate.

Yes I think a set or the new Torque Thrust wheels would be cool. New retro wheels for a new retro car.

The pics said they were from SEMA, they look like they were taken outside of the Shebly plant to me.

Never been much of a Ford fan but did want a 'Stang back in the 60's and out of the corner of my eye have always kept up with the 'Stang over the years. The orginial body style of the late 60's was, in my mind the best looking of all of Fords feeble atempts at 'Stangs over the years until now. Moreover, the current 'Stang even does the '60's one better, maybe even two better:)
Great Fords I have known and loved:
'32 5 window
Any pre war pick up truck
'49 any model
'55-'60 T Bird [ I owned a 59]
'57 Fairlane 500
'60's Mustang [I owned a '65 'Stang convertible] & +++ for Shelby's
Any late model Ford truck with the "King Ranch' option
Any recent F 350 4x4
Current 'Stang's
