I have found that the bolts holding my bead lock rims on are corroded. This is NOT due to any fault of WE, their engineering or quality of product. It is just something that happens over time, mud, water, exposure to road grime and dissimilar metals. Having said that: I have found at ACE Hw, the Zince/Gold plated Grade 8 bolts and washers that are a perfect fit for my corroded ones. ACE Hw sells them in bulk packaging of about 160 to the box which is enough to do all of your wheels. This may very apply to other bead lock wheels. There is a lot of stress being put on the bolts when rock crawling, well worth your look see to catch any corrosion before it gets too bad.

Try using locktite on threads........low or med. strength, blue I think, creates a bond and keeps corrosion out.

Exactly why I antiseize the majority of bolts on my Heep. Coming from the snow belt and having to tear down diesel tractors and various farm equipment in -0* weather makes one wiser. ;)
