We are installing an ARB in my firends bronco. It has a Dana44 and we tryed to get it in the case without using a case spreader but i dont think it is going to work. Does anyone have a case spreader that we can use or any sugestions on how to get the arb in.

Maybe everyone is wheeling this weekend....

Put the Diff Carrier in the freezer for a little while before you try putting it in.

i dunno if they loan case spreaders, but autozone loans alot of different tools, might give them a call.

I just did a search for "ARB Install" and maybe you can read through that and see where other people got thiers. A lot of posts there. I do remember a while back reading where someone said it's a real serious issue to get it done right, and suggested to another to just take it in. Other than that I woouldn't know what a case spreader looks like, much less where to find one, but I still looked at the post 3 times!
