I have a 1994 ford E40D that was newly rebuilt and has ~6K on it since the rebuild, have receipts. The truck was wrecked and sustained frame damage so I pulled the engine and trans.
The engine is a fuel injected 460CI has never been rebuilt and is fractory, it had 185K on it.
My father owned the truck since it had 40K on it and switched it to synthetic back then, it never leaked never consumed oil or smoked.
Engine runs great, good oil pressure and has lots of power; trans shifted great like a new tranny should.

There is a couple issues, the common exhaust manifold studs are broken and need replaced, powersteering pulley was damaged in accident and I damaged the transmission tailhouseing in removal so a tab will need to be welded on or you need to get a junkyard tailhouseing cover.
I started the engine after the truck was wrecked for a second and it ran great! I was going to use it in my 1960 F100 tow rig but plans changed and I sold the project.

This engine will bolt right in and go to work for you! great for a crawler, tow rig or motorhome.
it has many new parts on it, alternator, ac compressor, dist, wires etc....

show up with cash and ratchet straps, and I will load it in your truck with a forklift
I'am asking $500 for both, not willing to separate at this time

Nick, please tell me you've sold this already, so I can stop trying to figure a way to make it work in my YJ. :)
