I need two metal rings made up (preferably steel) at about a 1/16th inch thick with a 10" diameter and about a 1/2 inch width with countersunk holes at 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, and 270 degrees. Theyre actual for two 10 inch subs I have in my jeep and I need to get exact measurements but those are to give an idea. Let me know if you can make these or know of anybody who can. Thanks.

You aren't going to get much of a countersink out of .060" material, if you're using wood screws. Might try .125", or 1/8th.
