Is it possible to mod a Sirius antenna for a Ham rig?

I'm not gonna subscribe to Sirius when the "free trial" [$195] expires.

No, Sirius broadcasts using 12.5 MHz of the S band between 2320 and 2332.5 MHz. Hams use 2300-2310 MHz and 2390 - 2450 Mhz for Satellites (CW and Digital modes).

I'm not sure about the spec on the existing cable. For a Ham radio it must be 50 ohms to be able to transmit.
