The Mile Marker winch uses the PS pump. I have all the valves and hoses with the winch .

Yes I still have the loc-right. Yes it will work in your carrier.

Since it is a TJ D30, the gears will not work but the locker should.

You need reverse cut gears for the HP.... unless the XJ was a late model that went to LP so it was exactly like the TJ's.
