What part of town are you in?

What is the lift?

What is the lift going on?

What kind of tools do you have, or not have?

I live in PV Double/Scottsdale rD

Its a Combination of a BB and OME springs.

Its going on a 95 ZJ

I have sets of wrenches and a floor jack

I have the springs and BB in but the axle is twisted and i cant get the Lower Control arms re bolted to the bottom of the axle. I dont know what else to do. Ive tried everything.

Please i need somebody.

Sorry I didn't answer my phone, we ended up going to get some lunch then caught a movie at the last minute...forgot the phone at home.

Easy solution is to un-bolt the track bar at the frame end. Then you should be able to twist the axle around to get the lower arms back in. To get the track bar back in, have someone (or do it yourself a little at a time) turn the steering wheel until it lines up.

Hi Cleric,

How did it go? I assume you got it back together? I had a tough time too when trying to install some Rock Krawler lower control arms.

Next time work on or unbolt only one arm at a time to keep the axle from twising under too much. Then using a big pry bar, leverage the axle until the holes line up. But if still having trouble then I was told to try this:

use a come-along puller, high lift jack, or ratchet straps, etc... and anchor to something very sold that isn't going to give or move (like my dads mercedes or garage frame post  ). Then strap it to the lower part of the knuckle on your jeep and begin ratcheting... eventually it will pull it enough so the holes line up.

I havn't tried unbolting the track bar though... I wish I had tried it cause it sounds much simpler. To be honest I couldn't get my rockkrawler arms installed myself. Unfortunatly, my dad stopped me before I could anchor to the mercedes. Thats when I began looking at the garage frame post and then he kicked me out. I had to reinstall the stock arms and drive to Absolute Off-road where Joe was kind enough to install them for me.

Thanks Joe! :D
