Interesting. ACtually sounds like a fun trip to help him out. I wish I didn't just get back from Vegas and am taking most of Friday off so I have to get some work done or I'd consider heading out there. People are saying it's a long way but those of us that are used to wheeling FJ don't fear long trips into the desert for a recovery. The typical TM wheelers are spoiled by getting to the trails in 10 mins from the staging area.

Yep, if I wasn't working and lived 100 miles away I would consider going as well......

Yea, 12 miles is like driving from Cottonwood to AA entrance :laugh2:
I should take the libby up there and tow them back

I have driven back there. Even following Chris "Go Fast" Kredit it takes at least 2+ hours once you pass Predator. Rough road for sure.

If I'm following along correctly, they are past Tip Top Mine and Near Milk Ranch?

I wish I was able to provide them some help.

I went back to tip top a few weeks back. I still have the GPX file of anyone needs it, I would not be able to make it with work.

They aren't that far back, according the the GPS coords, and post #11 on the pirate thread. They are not far from a really hard trail that I hope they weren't trying to run in a tundra!

Would have been a great excuse to rename it "Tundra Nation".:laugh2::laugh2::laugh2:

They are 12.1 mi back from the main river crossing, but once you cross boulder creek, its a fairly rough rd
