FOR A LIMITED TIME, these will be a special price for AZ_VJC members only

Simply Offroad rear swing out tire carriers are constructed of 2x4x3/16" steel tube. Each end is tapered and sealed shut. Bumper length is 58". Swing out is constructed from 2x2x.120" square tube, and utilizes a 1.5" solid bar for the hinge. All of our bumpers have a dual security latch for safety. Mounting plate uses one wheel stud on the top, and 2 bolts on the bottom. Bumper attaches with 10 bolts to the frame. Some drilling in the rear cross member is required.

Customization:
Shackle recovery points
Receiver hitch
Hi-lift mount
CB Antenna mount

Normal cost is $475.00, I will include all of the above for $450.00

Our bumpers are made to order, I do not stock pre made bumpers. Build time could take up to 2 weeks from the time I start building it. These are a labor of love, not just mass produced. I can work with you on any customizing you want.

Alot of you have seen mine. And I've always gotten comments about how stout it looks. Thats because it is. And with the double locking setup. The thing doesnt rattle "at all". Thats been a big complaint from alot of the people I've gotten feedback from, on there's. As for the price. Try and beat it. Hell try and even come close. You wont. Quality and Price. Thats what you'll be getting. Oh and Mike will even encourage your input, on high lift positioning as well.

Yeah, that's the nice thing about Mike... It's totally custom, and he knows what you're talking about when you describe something out of the norm... Because he's been there.

Mike definitely rocks!!!

Kinda like a license plate bracket sketched on a piece of paper, scanned and e-mailed to me? :D

That bracket came out nice, if I say so myself!

That I still owe him for...DOH!!! I guess I'm cut off, huh?!! Or just COD...

I'm going to have to schedule some time with you (After I pay you...) to come out there on a weekend, so you can help me figure out how to "boat side" my rockers. You should see the nice new gouge I have in the right side... It's deep and runs the entire length!!!

I'll be your Guinea pig... I need it BADLY!!! :o

From what I've seen, it's a lot of cutting and fabbing...

Speaking of drawings, here's what I drew up for boat sides... 1/4" flat stock, cut & welded.

No big deal Mike, when ever you get a chance.

I would also like to get another one of the winged nut bolts. I lost mine when my Jeep was stolen.

Just shoot me an email when you get back in town.

I guess so. Peggy's talking about coming out to see her mom on Sunday. Will you be back by then and have time to make one? If so, we can settle up then...

I will be in town, but we are having a brunch at our house on Sunday. It's a once a month thing with her friends...can't remember if it starts at 1 or 3

The pic you attached in this thread is not working...what is it? You can PM me the pic.

Let me know when a good weekend would be to come up...And don't sweat sending the bolt, I have a regular bolt in it right now.
