Last night I had my 3 Rigid Industries LED lights stolen from right in front of my house. They had tools and took the bolts and everything. If anybody happens to see 2 4" lights and 1 6" light on Criagslist or anything let me know. I made a police report and they got some partial fingerprints.

Ive been out all morning looking for the bikes. I ****n HATE theifs! Probably a good thing I didnt find them.

WOW! Sorry to hear that! Then to steal your kids bikes is lower than low. The scum of the earth are on the prowl.

Thats why I don't leave my Jeep outside at night or parked anywhere but work. It can still happen but limits the opportunity. Sorry for your loss.

I just dont know what they were thinking. I found my glove box open with one thing missing. They left a leatherman and a couple other valubles in there. My center console was open with nothing missing. It had a pair of binoclars and an ipod touch sitting right their in plain site.

But yeah, im mostly upset about the bikes. My kids stayed at grandmas last night and ill have to break the news to them when I pick them up in a bit. Idiots left the Trek and Gary Fisher sitting right next to them. Morons!

You shouldn't have left your Real Doll gagged and tied up in the rear seat. Your neighbors thought you had a hostage in there and broke in to set her free.

It appears that there is a gang of light thieves in Phoenix.

Hey all, if anyone runs across a pair of 7" HIDX lights for sale, and the wire look like it’s been replaced, please let me know, some SOB jacked them from my Jeep last week.

I can get those off with visegrips. Just screw them up and put 2 tack welds on it

those lock nuts can get pulled off but its a deterance.
tack welds are the best but not to the treads then you will never get them off.

maybe get your hands on some motion lights? If you walk in my driveway at night, or back yard, you might fall over from the amount of light that lets me know you're there...:D

My girlfriend has cousins that live a few miles away from me and they had their HID's stolen last night. They have 2 Jeeps and live in the same neighborhood but down the street from each other. I don't know if it coincidence but if you have some high dollar$ lights protect them from these thieves.

Its about time these little sheets get caught!

Heres an update on mine to hold you guys over.
So it turns out that my thieves hit every house in my neighborhood. I heard stories for the next two weeks of what everyone lost. Then, a couple of weeks ago my neighbors that lives ten houses down pull up and asks, is this yours? They had my sunglasses case with my wheel key, deflaters and a few small spare parts. This sure lifted some stress as I thought my tires were going to be gone any day. I guess the thieves either dropped it on accident or were making room for better stuff.

Little ****en theifs got me too. Broke in and took my container with small spare parts, tire deflaters, wheel key and a really nice knife I got from Spain. Then made their getaway on my kids bikes. Ive been out all morning looking for the bikes. I ****n HATE theifs! Probably a good thing I didnt find them.

We just replaced ours a few weeks ago because the old one was wore out. Its hunting territory alright...I would hate for there to be an accident by the pool...

Well, I have to admit, never, ever did I think Bryan would get his lights back. After all this time, they pop up and sounds like there is a good story behind it.. well, thats pretty epic to me.

And for some theives to be out there ripping off people, nothign better than getting those people caught. So I hope that they did. Karma=Do bad things, bad things happen to you.

I spoke to the detective this morning. He'll be in contact with me. I don't know if I'll be getting my lights back. These dirtbags said that a friend gave the lights to them. We'll see what happens. I don't want to say much more right now.

No friend is THAT nice. Its the same story every time. I found it in the street, someone gave it to me but I dont know their name. Guaranteed they dont know his last name and only know his nickname. They also wont know where he lives because hes only seen at another "friends" house or at parties. Detective will ask, is that your phone, im sure you have his number? Thief will say, hmmmm it's not in here. Somehow it got erased. Hopefully you have a good detective that wont stop here.

...I've had mine broke into before in a car park...

What is a car park?
Never heard of it is it like a park and ride?
Don't think its like a Dog park.
Googled it and there is a record company called Carpark.

Thank you Joe that was really kind of you. As far as updates I don't have any yet. The way the detective spoke on the phone I don't have a great case. It is hard to prove those lights were actually mine. The other guy seems to be in better shape for a case.

The detective should be able to run the serial# or some sort of manufacturers ID to verify the original buyer from the manufacturer. trust me Rigid keeps all that purchasing info on hand. If the detective is unable to do his job than request a new detective. detectives will push you on the backburner for as long as legaly allowed, call him everyday and bug the s h i t out of him till he does his job.

I don't think those lights had serial numbers or anything like that. I'll check with Rigid and see what they say.
