We got off to a good start at about 4:20pm. Right on schedule. We had 3-TJ,1-Rubi, 2-XJ and 1-CJ. We thougt at first this may be a hot trip, but once in the canyon, it was very comfortable. Thanks to the rain the previous nights, there were a few puddles on the way in, OK, some were puddle across the road. Everyone enjoyed getting a little mud on. There was a marque moment when Jon made it past where he had last broken down on the trail. Everyone enjoyed the hills at the Martinez Cabin turn from Box Canyon. Some great pictures. Only Perry had a little problem with his clutch and didn't get the chance to play. After leaving the hills, Jon suggested stopping at Woodpecker, which we did. JD was even talked into trying the obstacles and did a great job. No scratches on that top. We jouneyed on the finished the adventure about 8:30pm, when we aired up and a few headed to Sonic for the gathering. A few were still there when we arrived. A great time for all.

The grave pictures are from Pet Cemetery Hill. It is the highest hill and just to the right (as you leave) there are a whole bunch of pet graves. There are some dated in the early 1900s. Pretty elaborate and well kept for being in the boonies.
