Howdy all. I know some of you here but most don't know me. I just moved the Phoenix last month and can now be officially part of the AZVJC. I'm Jamie from Jersey. :D I have a 99 TJ, a baby compared to most here in Phoenix on 31's and with 3 total inches of lift. I'm looking forward to meeting you all sometime soon and to run some of the more scenic trails out here. While I like crawling, I don't see how my little 31's can handle some of the tough stuff you guys run.

I'm a flight attendant with Mesa Airlines so my days off are varied. Recently most have been during the week, so those of you who work at home or enjoy not working at all, look me up if you go on a weekday run. I might be able to tag along if the terrain isn't too tough. :D

Welcome Jamie!

You'd be surprised what a TJ with 31s can do. I only recently went to 35s, but I still accomplished a heck of lot with the 31s for two years... :D

Welcome, fellow east coaster. I just arived here last year from Oregon, but spent most of my life in VA (D.C. metro area). The wheeling is sooo much better out here. And the AZVJC is full of great people. You'll love it.

You will enjoy it I love the scenery out here. I'm from Michigan and enjoy it. Lots of good trails in the florence junction area for some close to stock exploring....

Hi Jamie,

Welcome to Arizona! Glad to see you've found the bbs.
If I remember correctly, we met a couple of years or so ago at Stu's house.

I'm guessing you'll have a great deal of fun with the AZVJC.

Welcome to the group Jamie.
Never a dull moment. Great group of people. Your going to love it here. I just moved here from the N.W. this year. The heat takes a little getting used to. But you will. Hope to see you on the trails.

Joe,

There were quite a few people there but we probably did. :) I remember watching the Rubicon vids and some competition vids too.

Now I just need to find some time to get out and about and explore.

Hi Jamie,

Yes, Joe is right. You folks did meet at my place that evening. Who would have thought, back then, that you would end up moving out here? Small world for sure! Glad to see you are getting settled in. :)
