Just an FYI. Del Webb is planning another Anthem near Florence. This article has no map, but it sound like the development will be west of Florence. The problem is is that it puts more people out at the edge of the metropolitan area. One of our favorite 4-wheeling areas is not that far away from there.

I'm wondering where they will get the water from? I live in that area and my pressure is so low sometimes its hard to get a shower. Let alone the power..
the wind blows a little and it knocks the squirrel off the treadmill.......

The article says its on Hunt highway, so it must be near Johnson Ranch.

And where are the extreme environmentalists now? Geez, if you think a few Jeep trails ruins the land, try a giant housing development. The enviros should be supporting our plans for dedicated Jeep trails and designated recreation areas.

Dang it, I wish we as a club could organize a land buy so secure our trails. I'd commit some dollars to it.

Bill that is a great idea but we can not even get people to chip in to help Hunter join ORBA. We have tried 3 times and are up to $410.

How much is ORBA? I didn't ask when we were talking about it at the Jeep meet...
