Ok, so I'm cruising around in my 92 XJ on Sunday, and it decides to finally overheat on me. I knew it was coming, so I wasn't too upset about it. So anyway, I have an all metal 3 core radiator  (going to trash the old 2 core) coming my way, new thermostat, hoses... all the regular stuff. I just want to know if anyone has any feed back on Flow Kooler water pumps. I always see them in hi performance magazines and they sound like what I need. Extra flow, 35-50% at low engine speeds, and revert back to regular flow at highways RPM's, last longer then OEM.. yadda yadda yadda. My pump seems to be fine for now, but is the $110 worth the investment for any significant benefits? Also, anyone have any ideas I might have overlooked? It is the stock open system.

I think a rockrawler 8" lift will help.... get it in the cooler air!!!!

Yea, the 8" RockKrawler is a sure thing after some $$$$$ are built up. Thanks to Joe for cinching the deal awhile back on the Woodpecker run. So, no one has any opinion or ideas on the Flow Kooler water pump? Or any other ideas for keeping the notoriously hot running XJ cooler?

Well, got the radiator installed, and replaced the electric fan with a Hayden 12", had to do some custom fab to make it fit though. The good news is that it runs at 210 or cooler now. NO bad news :p It used to creep up to the red at times before. Will have to do some more road tests and see how it performs, but I'm pretty damn happy with it as it is :D

I don't think a radiator will fix the problem............ :D :D :D Might run cooler with a lift !!!!!!
