Did the State Trust Land Permit Site ever get created?

There was serious talk of IBM making a State Trust Land permit for the state which would allow people to obtain their STL permits over the internet.
Anyone (Sandy?) got an update on this issue?

I remember talking to quite a few people and thought this was a done deal, but budget cuts may have killed it.

I work for IBM and did an internal search but can't find anything related to contracts or projects for Arizona State Trust Land. Of course, it's not necessarily something they'd post either.

I'll add my name to the list of folks interested and maybe they'll get it done whether they use IBM or anyone else to create it.
