I had a used up gas grill that we had been using charchol in. Light bulb came on one day.. it would be nice to have a grill mounted on the trailer for long campouts.. Some scrap steel and a buddy with the itch to weld!! :fashizzle:

Nice! I'm still trying to figure out how to incorporate a grill on my trail trailer project.

The cool factor is that I can put it on what ever side of the trailer I need to.. I considered a swing out arm setup but I wanted to keep this very simple.. It is removable so in transit it get stored. Once at camp I can bust it out and get the coles cherry red.. I like charcol better then gas for cooking meat.. especially when you add some masquite or apple wood into the mix.. :fashizzle:

Just an FYI...make sure if you are are using charcoal in a grill that was previously gas, that is it not made of cast aluminum.

Cast aluminum will melt. I found that out the hard way.
